125 CRORE SALE IN SHELTER 2017 EXHIBITION

The 8th edition of property exhibition ‘Shelter 2017’ held last month by Credai Nashik Metro’s has witnessed a sale of 350 flats totally worth Rs 125 crore in Nashik. Property exhibition happens biannually in the city of Nashik. It’s a platform where the real estate professionals come together and showcase their creations and properties to the general public. With more than 300 participants from the industry, the exhibition attracted brands and patrons from various spheres. The biannual Shelter exhibition has always been a prestigious event for Credai Nashik Metro.

The organizers of the event said, “Branding the Nashik as the ‘CITY of FUTURE’ is the theme behind this shelter 2017.” The property exhibition intends to bring together members of the fraternity and all concerned agencies on one platform and provide opportunities for meaningful exchanges and activities.
Shelter 2017 is the 8th edition of this mega property exhibition. It intends to bring in a paradigm shift in view, approach, method, and functioning, with the outcome of showcasing the potential of Nashik in various sectors, enthusing confidence and strength in businesses, and build the people friendly and professional image of CREDAI Nashik Metro.
According to the reports, during the event, close to 350 flats totally worth Rs 125 crore were sold and the banks have sanctioned 130 loan proposals, with the average amount being over Rs 25 lakh. The expo got a footfall of 85,000 and expected a sale of around 1000 flats worth Rs 350 crore. The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) is expecting to generate business worth Rs 700 crore in the next three months.

The Shelter 2017 exclaimed its main objectives as “ To inspire confidence in Nashik’s real estate capabilities amongst potential partners in and out of India, business community, and among people at large and to provide an impetus and energy to interrelated industry, businesses and professions in Nashik, to build an opportunity for better liasoning with government, semi government and other agencies, to provide a good networking opportunity with adjoining regions of Nashik, to provide a wide choice to the consumers under one roof, to help grow the economy in Nashik, to showcase the improved quality of life in Nashik along with the city’s cultural repertoire, to enthuse a more professional work culture in the city, to showcase the unified strength of collaborative efforts of all related professionals and to bring in a sense of much needed positivity and enthusiasm among the fraternity.”
The expo held from 22nd-26th December 2017 in Nashik.
