The International Association of Exhibitions and Events® (IAEE) has announced the results of its 2025 Board of Directors elections. IAEE Board members are elected annually by the official voting member of each IAEE member company. All officers serve a one-year term, except for the secretary/treasurer, who may serve for two years. Directors serve staggered three-year terms to ensure continuity in the association’s governance.
Chuck Grouzard, Executive Vice President of Business Development, Creative, and Design at GES, has been named the 2025 IAEE Chairperson of the Board. With 36 years of experience in the exhibitions industry, Grouzard is a seasoned leader who heads the company’s business development team, focusing on strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue, increase market share, and foster meaningful partnerships with both current and potential clients. His expertise is rooted in consultative and strategic selling, proposal and presentation development, and training, with a particular emphasis on analyzing industry and market trends to inform decision-making.
A recognized thought leader, Grouzard is experienced in change management, utilizing his expertise to navigate challenges and encourage innovation. His leadership extends beyond GES, with prior roles including Chairperson of the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR) and President of the Exhibitions Services Contractor Association (ESCA) and the IAEE Midwestern Chapter. In 2023, Grouzard was honored with Connect Corporate’s “15 Over 50” award, recognizing his significant impact on the meetings and events industry.
