India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB), the National apex body focused on promoting India as an attractive MICE destination, is organising its flagship event 14th Conventions India Conclave from 7 – 9 December 2023 at Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat. With a surge in the event industry and boom in the MICE tourism in India, the theme of this edition of CIC is Sustainable MICE: Empowering events towards a 5 trillion economy.
The Conventions India Conclave is returning after a gap of four years and with a series of insightful sessions and varied business opportunities, the 14 th CIC is poised to bring together the entire MICE community under one roof.
Speaking about the mega convention, Mr. Amaresh Tiwari, Vice Chairman at ICPB said, “This would be an exclusive opportunity for MICE exhibitors / suppliers of the industry to showcase their products / services to potential domestic and international buyers. The event would about 200 buyers, including 50 international buyers. Apart from the networking during the 14th CIC, the exhibitors would also meet the buyers in the pre-scheduled meetings.”
Mr. Tiwari also highlighted that Gujarat Tourism is the State Partner of 14 th CIC and ICPB Gujarat Chapter will be launched there to promote the Meet in Gujarat brand.
ICPB has invited all MICE stakeholders to participate at the Convention and book exhibition space at the event. ICPB has designated an exclusive area /floor space for exhibition stalls of 3X3 mts. each at a nominal price to showcase products and network with potential buyers besides attending the Convention. The basic objective of the exhibition is to promote members and their products / services. Members are welcome to participate as Exhibitors with nominal exhibition charges. The tentative Exhibition Layout Plan for the 14th CIC 2023 will be sent to the confirmed exhibitors.
The cost in INR of booth size of 3X3 mts. Rs. 60,000 for ICPB members and Rs. 90,000 for non-members respectively. The above rates are exclusive of GST and covers for two delegates but you can register for extra delegates by paying additional fees.

It is highlighted that the number of stalls is limited and the closing date for exhibitors to block space is 20th November 2023.
