ES. P&I’s notable achievement is the successful execution of the 18th G20 Leaders’ Summit. Can you please fill in us about this remarkable accomplishment and its importance for P&I as a company?

Our journey with the G20 began when India took the presidency. We managed almost 45 working groups and engagement groups, along with many ministerial meetings, from December 2022 leading up to the final summit. The series of events showcased India’s culture and heritage in a very positive light across the world. These meetings were held in various states and union territories:  Itanagar, Dibrugarh, Agartala, and Lakshadweep, Dharamshala, Rishikesh, Puducherry, Ranchi, and Kolkata. This gave us a comprehensive understanding of the G20 process and helped us to better understand its ethos, which in turn helped us to successfully manage the 18th G20 Leaders summit. As a company, we are extremely proud of our achievement in having delivered and being associated with such a great summit that will be remembered for years to come. Appreciation for our efforts flowed from the top levels of ministries from the very first day.
