Windergy India, a trade fair and conference dedicated to the wind energy sector, is set to return for its sixth edition from 23-25 October 2024 at the Chennai Trade Centre. With vast onshore and offshore potential, India is set to scale up wind production to meet its 2070 Net Zero targets. Windergy India 2024 comes at a crucial time, as the government recently approved 1 GW offshore wind projects in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu, reinforcing the nation’s renewable energy drive. The event will showcase cutting-edge wind energy technologies and solutions, supporting India’s energy transition.
Windergy India 2024 is set to feature around 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest in wind turbines, components, software, and service solutions from over 20 countries. Windergy India 2024’s two-day conference, themed “Wind: Powering India’s Energy Transition”, will delve into the latest developments in the wind sector. This session aims to inspire and equip the next generation of professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to contribute to India’s green energy transition.
