EXPO REAL, Europe’s leading trade fair for property and investment, is expanding its portfolio to include an event in Asia. EXPO REAL Asia Pacific will take place in Singapore from June 15 to 17, 2026. The new event will bring together the key players from the real estate, infrastructure and investment sectors across the Asia Pacific region, offering unparalleled opportunities for business development, networking and knowledge exchange.

New market opportunities in the Asia Pacific region

With an average annual growth rate of 7.6% until 2030, the real estate market in the Asia Pacific region is one of the most dynamic in the world. At the same time, numerous urban development projects are emerging, significantly increasing the need for innovative solutions in the areas of infrastructure and real estate. EXPO REAL Asia Pacific specifically addresses these current market needs and provides a platform for real estate, infrastructure and investment decision-makers from this region to do business in an effective environment and drive real estate and infrastructure development.

Stefan Rummel and Dr. Reinhard Pfeiffer, CEOs of Messe München: “With EXPO REAL Asia Pacific, we are expanding our international network and creating a platform for the growing real estate market in the Asia Pacific region in Singapore from 2026. In an environment characterized by new urban development projects and growth, we offer relevant players an ideal opportunity to exchange ideas about markets and projects in the region. Our aim is to tap into an exciting market and promote long-term partnerships.”

Co-location with the World Cities Summit

EXPO REAL Asia Pacific will take place alongside the World Cities Summit (June 14–16, 2026), a platform for government leaders and industry experts to come together to discuss and exchange ideas with one another on the challenges of liveable and sustainable cities, share urban solutions and forge new partnerships. The event is organized by the Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). The strategic co-location of the two events will further strengthen the exchange between players from the Infrastructure and Environment sector, including the fields of urban policy and planning, research and innovation, real estate and urban development, to create additional synergies.

Hugh Lim, Executive Director at the Centre for Liveable Cities, Singapore said: “The World Cities Summit is an established platform for thought leadership in urban planning, development and governance, and a global convenor of city leaders who desire to create more liveable and sustainable cities for their residents. We look forward to the co-location of EXPO REAL Asia Pacific beginning with World Cities Summit 2026. Together, the breadth and depth of our events will enhance the overall experience and value for city leaders and delegates.”
