Paperworld India 2025, co-located Corporate Gifts Show, inaugurated today in Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. With an exciting product showcase, this year’s event is presenting innovations like cork and cork stationery, pharma gifting, wellness, eco-friendly stationery, moss desk accessories, a wide range of writing instruments and arts & craft supplies besides other products. These solutions are brought to the expo by 340+ exhibitors with a strong focus on premium and customised gifting solutions and advanced stationery and paper products.
The vibrant show floor of co-located shows, Paperworld India and Corporate Gifts Show, present a timely treat to the industry to find a partner to source the latest office supplies, stationery products and gifting merchandise right at the start of the year. The expo was inaugurated today at the Bombay Exhibition Centre and will conclude on 25th January 2025.

The first session of the day Times NIE Principals’ Seminar presented by Times of India at Paperworld India brought together 100 principals discussing the future of dynamic classroom educators with brands committed to enhancing education by creating effective classroom environments with advanced tools.
On day two, the expo Beyond the Box from 02.00 pm onwards for the Corporate Gifts Show. This will be an exclusive session on the gifting industry which will bring industry experts and high-profile delegates to exchange thought-provoking gifting trends and networking with corporate clients along with various product demonstrations. The sessions will foray into topics like the future of Corporate Gifting – Trends & Innovations, Growing your gifting business through quick commerce, Benefits of packaging & Presentation in the Gifts industry, and How to make brands go viral. As the expanding products categories signals more exhibitors, and an opportunity to scale business with new buyers and sellers.
The last day of the expo will treat the visitor with The Grand Brush Off – an engaging live art session for all the creative enthusiasts and art and craft lovers. Beginning at 11.00 am, the session will feature talented artists who will engage in live art forms, crafts and painting. Make the most of it by learning different art and crafts techniques and their unique creative abilities.
