After 13 years of providing quality standards to international and Indian clients with groundbreaking work, The Works India is in the process of setting up its one-of-a-kind production atelier which will be a multi-purpose, 16000 sq.ft new facility that will allow it to consolidate its production atelier, machinery, design and printing bureau and storage all under one roof. His Excellency Mr. Alexandre Ziegler, Ambassador of France inaugurated this Indo-French establishment that has stood the test of time. He viewed a photo exhibition of the key projects executed by The Works India over its 13 year history in India as well as details of what the facility will comprise of on completion in September.

About The Works: Founded by Guillaume Lecacheux (a native of Normandy, France) in 2006, The Works India has built a reputation for reliability and excellence over 13 years. It operates across diverse industries ranging from art and automobiles to defense, aviation, luxury and real estate. The company has implemented the best practices & techniques both in terms of production and sustainable business processes. It is little wonder that the likes of Condé Nast, DLF Emporio, Airbus, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, Roca, Safran, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, the World Economic Forum and many others have entrusted their brands into its capable hands. Avant-garde shows like The Vogue Wedding show and The India Art Fair have collaborated with The Works India since their inception, right from the planning and design stage to raise the bar and bring bespoke luxury into the milieu of exhibitions. Both shows have established themselves as the benchmark in their industries and have won numerous awards.

The French ambassador to India, His Excellency Mr. Alexandre Zeigler was quoted saying “The trade between India and France has increased to 25% over the past few years and The Works India is the perfect example to showcase that, India is not just a place for big players and multinationals but also for SMEs and entrepreneurs. The Works has a beautiful success story of 13 years where young French people come together to establish one of the most successful architecture and design studios in India. I think these kinds of success stories, where French entrepreneurs set up long term establishments, scale up slowly and grow, send a strong message to the people back in France as well and enhance Indo-French relations.” Guillaume Lecacheux, Managing Director, The Works, India said, “India has been a land of opportunities for us and we have had a wonderful journey of over 13 years in the country. The Works India progressed from being a small enterprise to having more than 40 people in the establishment. We are proud to be the vendor of choice in the luxury market with a discerning clientele when it comes to production and service. Our Indo-French collaboration has been received very warmly by the Indian market and we hope that the government’s investments into the MICE industry will spur us onto new heights.” Arjun Mehra, Chief Business Officer of Condé Nast commented, “The Works India has been our production partners for 7 years now. They have been instrumental in making both the Vogue Wedding Show and AD Design Show the two most successful luxury shows in India. Guillaume and team are 100% reliable and we can always count on them to complete their work in time and at the required quality standard. We rely on his vast experience whenever we think of a large project and he is truly a wonderful partner. We wish The Works India great success!”.

The announcement of the launch of the new state-of-the-art production facility, at the French Ambassador’s residence, marks another milestone in the constant endeavour of The Works and Mr. Lecacheux to keep up with international standards and restlessly improve their services towards clients all across the globe.
