10Times, the world’s largest business events discovery platform successfully powered the nation’s maiden virtual F&B Tradeshow and conference. The first-of-its-kind grand event comes at a time when the lockdown has completely wiped the modes of physical engagements and restricted potential networking avenues for businesses across the country. Leveraging its video conferencing solution, FLOOR, it got 100+ exhibitors to virtually meet and engage with 3000 participants across India.
India’s first ever virtual F&B tradeshow & conference garnered an extremely positive response from across all segments of the industry. FLOOR, recreated the experience of an in-person event by providing a welcome reception to a networking lounge. Visitors got an opportunity to listen to renowned speakers on the stage, while jumping in-and-out of meeting with exhibitors in their private booths. The event opened with a keynote by Kriti Malhotra, India’s first lady certified sommelier and a top 10 change maker women of the country by CNBC. It was followed by a powerful discussion with Vivek Kapoor, Co-founder of Dineout.
The virtual event successfully connected prospective business partners in the food & beverage industry and sent a much needed positive message to businesses amidst Covid-19. It witnessed active participation from various segments of the F&B and Hospitality industry discussing the scope & challenges moving forward, sustenance strategy through a pandemic, and the future of food tech among other keynote addresses.
