ELANPRO, India’s commercial refrigeration company, unveiled an unmatched portfolio of seven sustainable solutions to empower Indian foodservice industry at AAHAR,2024. The new product line-up encapsulating ELANPRO’s vision to create an ecosystem of green products can be seen at AAHAR – an International Food & Hospitality Fair organized in New Delhi from March 07-11, 2024.
The company introduced India’s first Reach-in Freezer featuring Inverter Technology Compressor designed to foster environmental sustainability and better economics. Traditional compressors run at a fixed speed, consuming maximum energy even during low cooling demand. In contrast, Inverter Technology adjusts compressor speed in real-time, optimizing energy usage based on actual cooling needs.
ELANPRO also launched the latest generation of Blast Freezers for tailored freezing. Equipped with menu-driven preservation technology, the modern Blast Freezer empowers users with adjustable fan speed and temperature settings, ensuring precise control over freezing process. The product accommodates a broad spectrum of temperatures ranging from -18 degrees Celsius to 4 degrees Celsius. Temperature adaptability ensures optimal preservation for a variety of food items, unparalleled efficiency and convenience.
