Expo Career Forum Brings Together Over 300 Young Professionals From 35 Colleges To Create Awareness About The Exhibition Industry

Powered by Exhibition Showcase, the Expo Career Forum, held on December 20th 2024, concluded with great success, bringing together a vibrant community of young job seekers and college graduates to understand the vast possibilities in exhibition industry. The event offered an exceptional platform for career growth, networking, and recruitment, creating significant opportunities for both individuals and organizations within the industry. Over 300 students from diverse fields, including BBA, MBA, Media Studies, Mass Communication, and Event Management, participated in the debut edition of Expo Career Forum. The platform offered a wide range of job opportunities for job seekers, as the participating recruiters highlighted openings in accounts, HR, sales, marketing, social media management, editorial content, operations, telecalling, and more. Students from over 35 prestigious institutions, including Amity University, Uttaranchal University, and Woxsen University, actively engaged in this dynamic event.

The Expo Career Forum was a truly special initiative, one close to our hearts, designed to inspire young individuals to explore the exciting and dynamic careers within the exhibition industry. This prestigious event became an incredible platform for knowledge sharing, with insightful presentations that opened up various career paths and opportunities for the attendees.

What made this event even more meaningful was the addition of an interactive Virtual Job Fair, where recruiters had the opportunity to connect with a talented group of young professionals. This helped bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, creating pathways for meaningful careers and partnerships that we’re confident will have a lasting impact.

The event featured 7 insightful sessions. The first session of Expo Career Forum 2024 kicked off with a keynote on ‘Exhibition Industry: Growth Opportunities, Perks, and Benefits,’ where our distinguished panelists discussed the abundant job opportunities within the exhibition industry. The subsequent session delved into ‘Job Roles, Work Profiles, and Working Culture in the Exhibition Industry,’ offering practical strategies for navigating the industry’s work environment. In the afternoon, a session on ‘Career Prospects for Women in the Exhibition Industry’ focused on empowering women to pursue their passions and advance their careers. Following these, the forum continued with several other thought-provoking sessions, each providing attendees with not just valuable knowledge but also actionable insights for advancing their careers within the exhibition industry.
The success of the Expo Career Forum was significantly enhanced by the participation of recruiting companies like ExpoInn – Suites and Convention, Indian Exhibition Services, Exhibition India Group, Strides Design Pvt.
