One of the leading names in trade exhibitions, Mex Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. hosted the 2nd edition of Gartex 2017 – India’s Comprehensive Exhibition on Garment & Textile Machinery, Fabrics, Accessories and Allied Industries from 29-31 July at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. The Show had special focus on Digitex, an exclusive section on digital textile printing technology.

Exhibitors comprising new as well as existing companies from all over India & abroad representing more than 150 brands assembled at Gartex 2017 for product showcasing, brand building, networking and knowledge exchange. The show floor, spread over 65,000 sq ft, witnessed 16,790 trade buyers walking in, to explore the latest technological advancements trending in the garment & textile manufacturing industry, which were brought forward by around 100 national & international exhibitors.
The organiser, Mex Exhibition shared their insights about the show:
”Gartex started in 2016, it was the inaugural edition. This is the 2nd edition of Gartex, this show is grown about 50% as compare to the last year, we have showcased new technologies in garment manufacturing and apart from that we have companies displaying latest fabrics, yarn, etc.I really like to thank my exhibitors and visitors who had the confidence with us and are back with us, with their support and faith we hope to bring much bigger show next year. The exhibitors are totally satisfied with the arrangements made by us and we have witnessed quality visitors which is something commendable. Our industry deserve this type of show at a world class venue which was lacking for so many years but now with the facilities available we can hope to bring the best show in front next year”, Gaurav Juneja,Director, Mex Exhibition.
Gartex is a comprehensive show in garment textile machinery; the exhibitors showcased their technology and reviewed the show as:
“we are working here in Delhi from 4 years, we are providing embroidery machines, waterjet machines and the usp of our company is that whatever we commit to our customers we deliver the same in time with quality. We have participated in Gartex for the first time and we have received an overwhelming response from the visitors, the arrangements done by the organisers are good and we will surely participate in its next edition as well.
