The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) has added a new course, Exhibitor Relations, to its 13 CEM Learning Program courses offered. Exhibitors are a critical stakeholder in the exhibitions and events industry and understanding how to partner with them to ensure their success will help drive value for the show organizer, the exhibitor and the attendee. This new CEM course helps show organizers understand the root causes of pain points for exhibitors and what systems, processes and solutions a show organizer can implement to address the needs of their exhibitors and create success for all stakeholders.

“Understanding the intricacies of exhibitor relations is not just beneficial – it’s essential,” said Exhibitor Relations instructor Jessica Sibila, CMP, CTSM, Executive Director, The Exhibitor Advocate. “The Exhibitor Relations course has been meticulously crafted to arm the show organizer with critical insights into the unique challenges exhibitors face. The course provides practical solutions to implement cost-effective strategies and discover untapped areas for revenue generation. Show organizers that enhance their exhibitors’ experience and partner with this critical stakeholder group will be better positioned for long-term success.”
