India International Trade Fair (IITF) will open for all visitors from November 19,2022 onwards  after initial five days pronounced exclusively for business visitors. The timings of the fair is 19-26th November 10.00 am to 7.30 pm and on 27th November 10.00 am to 4.30 pm.

The Public/Visitors are advised to cooperate and plan their visit by purchasing tickets in advance from their originating Metro Stations and online through ITPO’s website so as to avoid any inconvenience.  However, tickets are also available at 67 select Metro stations except the Supreme Court Metro Station (no sale of entry tickets at Pragati Maidan Gates).

Entry rates for public days (November 19-27, 2021), ticket charges on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday  per  adult on weekend days and Gazetted Holidays Rs. 150/, adult on non-weekend days Rs.80/- Child on weekend days and Gazetted Holidays Rs.60/-, Child on non-weekend days Rs.40/- and Senior Citizens and Specially – abled (Divyang) free.  Subject to  valid  government ID stating  date  of  birth, persons  accompanying  will have  to  purchase  the  entry  ticket.   Season ticket for Non Business Days only (All 9 Non-Business Days Rs.800/-

This year, entry of the visitors will be facilitated only through Gates No.4, (on Bhairon Road) and Gate No. 10 (Supreme Court Metro Station). There is no parking inside Pragati Maidan. Paid parking is available at Bhairon Road for visitors.  For the Convenience of visitors and exhibitors,  Round  Robin  Bus   Service one from  Mandi House to Gate No.4, Gate No.10 (Supreme Court Metro Station to Gate No.4, IP Depot-ITO to Gate No.4, Bhairon Parking to Gate No.4.

Because of the trade fair rush, traffic congestion is expected on the days of the fair at Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, Ring Road and Purana Qila Road.  People not coming to Trade Fair are requested to take alternative routes to avoid congestion. There   is availability of   dedicated Post Office, Banks and ATMs, other facilities include: Media Centre, Protocol & International Business Centre at the fair.

Tips to Visit Trade Fair

  • People are requested to avail public transport to reach Pragati Maidan. Those coming by Delhi Metro may alight at the Supreme Court Metro Station and walk. Those using DTC buses for travelling from Delhi or NCR can alight at designated bus stops on Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg.
  • Those who want to use their own vehicles for reaching Pragati Maidan should park their vehicles at Bhairon Mandir parking, Bhairon Road

Security Precautions

People are advised not to touch unclaimed objects as these could be dangerous. There will be CCTV coverage for watch against anti social elements.  People should be careful or pick-up pockets and eve-teasers.  There will be continuous presence of police to assist people in times of need.  People can call telephone nos. 100 & 1095 for police assistance and traffic issues.  24 Hrs.
