The 43rd edition of the India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2024 kicked off on November 14, 2024, at the Bharat Mandapam Complex in New Delhi. The theme for this year’s fair is “Viksit Bharat @2047,” which focuses on showcasing India’s progress towards becoming a developed nation by its centenary of independence. The event provides a unique platform for MSMEs, artisans, self-help groups, and non-governmental organizations to present their innovations and entrepreneurial skills, promoting a diverse range of products and services.
The fair is divided into two phases: the first five days, from November 14 to 18, are reserved exclusively for business visitors, providing a networking hub for industry professionals. From November 19, the event will be open to the public, allowing families and individuals to explore the diverse cultural exhibitions, purchase goods from various countries, and experience the global marketplace. This year, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are the partner states, while Jharkhand is the focus state at the fair.
Running until November 27, 2024, the IITF 2024 promises to be a vibrant and exciting event, attracting both domestic and international visitors. Tickets for the fair are available online or at select metro stations in Delhi NCR and cannot be purchased at the venue. This ensures an efficient entry process for the thousands of visitors expected to attend and experience the best in global business, culture, and innovation.
