Mapic India 2024 witnesses over 3000 attendees in Mumbai

Celebrating 20 glorious years of Mapic India, the 2024 edition was held from September 18 to 19 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The event brought together over 3,000 attendees from the worlds of real estate and retail, showcasing more than 300 exhibitors and addressing key topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainable growth, and innovation, reflecting the evolving landscape of the Indian retail industry.

Designed to equip businesses with strategies for navigating the rapidly shifting retail landscape, the event featured over 150 speakers and welcomed more than 200 retailers.

Speaking about the highlights of Mapic India, Ashna Gemini Sharan, Mapic India’s portfolio director, emphasized the emergence of a new leisure segment. “By 2030, we expect a significant increase in the number of malls, and retailers are actively seeking expansion opportunities in India. New concepts are continuously emerging in retail, and Mapic will provide even more retail options to meet these evolving demands.
