Paving the way of Viksit Bharat@2047 and focus on four engines of development – Agriculture, MSMEs, investments and exports; Budget 2025-26 is a progressive and will provide an impetus to further growth of Indian Exhibition Industry.

  1. Indian Government is planning to simplify e-visa scheme and this will encourage more overseas exhibitors and buyers to attend trade shows in India.
  2. Government’s renewed focus on “Clean Tech Manufacturing” and “National Manufacturing Mission” should see launch of new trade shows in India.
  3. India’s plan to launch “Export Promotion Mission” also offer exciting opportunities. Trade exhibitions in India offer excellent opportunities to overseas buyers to come and source from India.
  4. We also welcome Scheme to make India a global hub for toys. Sports goods. Toy exports with a Make in India tag is a need of the hour.
  5. We are thankful to the Indian Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman to raise the MSME investment and turnover limits 2.5X and 2X times. Most of our exhibitors belong to this sector and these raised limits will give them the confidence to grow.
  6. We also welcome ‘Customized Credit Card’ with ₹5 lakh limit for Micro Enterprises registered on the Udyam portal. This will enable MSME entrepreneurs to find working capital for making last minute exhibition expenditure at trade shows.
